Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age over 18; 2. lung cancer confirmed by pathology; 3. Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group score 0-1; 4. Neutrophils >=1500/uL, platelet>=100,000/uL; 5. Tumor stage was IV according to the seventh edition of the American Joint Committee on Cancer Cancer Staging Manual; 6. patients didnt undergo chemotherapy or radiotherapy; 7. Patients received the gemcitabine plus platinum chemotherapy (no more than six cycles).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. serious uncontrolled infections; 2. Albumin level < 30g/L; 3. Pregnancy, or patients with other malignant tumors, or digestive disease affecting drug absorption; 4. Patients refused entry into the group; 5. Patients received with maintain treated.
