Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Within two weeks since onset; 2. if the patient has a prior ischemic stroke, his or her mRS score was no more than two; 3. Older than or equal to 18 years of age;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Iatrogenic acute cerebral infarction or secondary to craniocerebral trauma; 2. With other intracranial lesions (subdural hematoma,intracranial tumors, et al), severe dementia; 3. Asymptomatic acute ischemic stroke; 4. With osteoarthropathy influencing limb function.
