Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. acute or subacute demyelinating for onset of CNS, the pathological changes of spinal cord, brain stem, cerebellum or optic nerve, etc., can also be used for the hemisphere; 2. the duration of symptoms for 24 hours, or course of general < 3 months; 3. the progress of the disease of time evolution and space cannot meet the diagnostic criteria for MS; 4. head and spinal cord MRI performance conforms to the characteristics of demyelinating; 5. each patients are detailed answer neural system disease history and physical examination, and the examination of the eye; 6. except other CNS demyelinating cases, such as accompanied by fever and clear the infection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Other CNS diseases patients; Patients with severe internal system disease; Psychiatric patients; Not signed informed consent to patients.
