Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. After a medical examination, physical and mental health of recruits; 2. Before you join the army, you never have low back pain; 3. Never receive core muscle functional strength training.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude other causes of low back pain, include infection, cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, fractures, and fever; 2. Taking medication to relieve pain due to other diseases; 3. Female soldier menstrual pain, VAS more than 4 per cent.
