Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In patients to be treated by ICU mechanical ventilation more than 48 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Had be treated by MV>72 hours before in ICU; 2. Patients limited by body position, such as severe head diseases, post lumbar anesthesia, post bone surgery who to be required keep a special position; 3. severe multiple system dysfunction (SPACHE II scores >=30); 4. GCS<7; 5. To be involved in other study.
