Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who need liver transplantation due to liver cirrhosis caused by hepatitis B virus infection or liver cancer, no gender preference, no evidence of multiple organs dysfunction before operation (except for the hepatic function) and occurrence of multiple organs dysfunction within 7 days after operation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who need liver transplantation due to other caused than liver cirrhosis caused by hepatitis B virus infection or liver cancer, having evidence of multiple organs dysfunction before operation (except for the hepatic function) or do not occur multiple organs dysfunction within 7 days after operation.
