Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: children who received mechanical ventilation for more than 48 hours in the department of critical care medicine of the childrens hospital of Chongqing medical university during the period January 2016 to January 2017

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hypoxic intolerance
