Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Unstable Angina: The new onset or the worse angina over the previous 1 month at the time of presentation coinciding with appropriate objective evidence of myocardial ischemia in ECG or myocardial perfusion imaging. At least 1 de novo lesion with >50% stenosis was founded by coronary angiography (CAG); (2) Acute Myocardial Infarction: The chest pain lasted more than 30 minutes and the levels of troponin-T and creatine kinase muscle B (CK-MB) was more than 3 times the upper limit of normal with or without ST-segment elevation. Plaque rupture and thrombosis were confirmed by CAG.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous myocardial infarction; (2) Previous stroke; (3) Previous revascularization; (4) Hepatic dysfunction or renal dysfunction; (5) Complicated with malignant tumor or severe organ failure.
