18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients voluntary to join clinical trial and sign consent form; 2. Patients aged 18-75 years old; 3. The pathological diagnosis was primary breast or colorectal cancer; 4. Liver metastasis identified by CT/MRI, multiple or diffuse distribution in whole liver, liver metastasis number =4, assessed inoperable by surgeon, and continuous normal liver tissue 70 or EOCG < = 2; 7. Expected life span is 3 months or more; 8. There was no history of liver radiotherapy; 9. Hemoglobin (HGB), 100 g/L or higher, white blood cell (WBC) 3.5 x 10^9/L, or platelets (PLT) or 100 x 10^9/L; 10. Liver function: child - Pugh, classification into A; 11. The patients can comply with doctor well.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The history of primary liver disease. 2. The patients had history of interventional therapy and/or radiofrequency ablation therapy in liver. 3. The patients complicated with medium or above of abnormal liver function, which not caused by cancer, and/or complicated with medium or above with jaundice. 4. The vital organs (lung, brain, bone marrow) metastases is developing rapidly. 5. Abdominal transfers along with extensive number of effusion. 6. The pleural effusion and pericardial effusion, through drainage or other operations can't control. 7. Serious heart condition, such as myocardial infarction, angina in 6 months. 8. A variety of complications, such as hepatic encephalopathy, gastrointestinal bleeding, the splenic function obviously. 9. Has a history of severe allergic or idiosyncrasy. 10. Serious lung or heart disease. 11. The abuse of drug or alcohol addiction. 12. The patients complicated with personality or mental illness, no capacity for civil conduct or with limited capacity for civil conduct.
