Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All the selective surgery patients in department of orthopedic trauma; 2. Signed the written consent form voluntary.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with DM and severe metabolic disease; 2. emergency surgery; 3. Gastric emptying disorder (such as the stomach esophagus regurgitation, history of chronic aspiration, delayed gastric emptying), digestive tract completeness obstruction, cannot use bowel preparation of patients; 4. Severe heart and renal insufficiency; 5. bleeding more than 1000ml intraoperatively; 6. operation time more than 6-8 hours; 7. special part injury such as pelvic fracture; 8. mental disorders, alcohol dependence, drug abuse history; 9. Lactation and pregnancy of women; 10. Allergic constitution or always for a variety of drug allergy, maltodextrin fructose allergies.
