Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. draw blood before and after chemoradiotherapy; 2. aged 18 to 80 years old; 3. clear esophagus cancer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. the patients who can't complete chemoradiotherapy.
