Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) suspected or documented infection; 2) SOFA>=2; 3) hypotension that are not responsive to fluid bolus; 4) requirement of vasopressors.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) <18 years old; 2) pregnant or breast feeding; 3) burn; 4) vasculitis.
