Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Gastroscopy shows under the gastrointestinal mucosa tumors, and preoperatively endoscopic ultrasound shows originated in the muscularis propria and the mucosa and serosa bidirectional growth, respectively, under the submucosal tumor (SMT), and cases with signed consent by the patient and their families after fully understood the presence intraoperative and postoperative risks and complications of microscope full-thickness excision (EFR) were included in the the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclude tuberculosis, diabetes, cirrhosis, coagulation disorders and other underlying diseases preoperatively.
