Interventions

Group1:The marker clips under ultrasound guidance are placed in the center of the tumor mass as well as the periphery of the tumor mass at the beginning of diagnosis.
Group2:One clip marker is placed in the center of the tumor mass at first when breast cancer is diagnosed, while other four markers will be placed at periphery of the residual tumor mass after 4 cycle
Group3:patients undergone 4 cycles of TEC and then receive mastectomy followed by another two cycles of TEC.

Sex/Gender
Female

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. T=3cm; 2. Patients want to receive BCS; 3. Excisional margin should be pathologically negative; 4. Informed consent required; 5. No absolute contraindications for BCS according to NCCN guidelines; 6. Reach CR or PR after NACT.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing NAC do not want to receive BCS any more; 2. SD (stable disease) or PD(progress disease) after NAC; 3. Excisinl margin is pathologically positive; 4. Systemic recurrence is detected before surgery; 5. Multi loci disease before or after NAC; 6. Previous malignant diseases history; 7. N3 stage; 8. T4, inflammatory breast cancer. 9. Absolute contraindications according to NCCN guidelines
