Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Network screening: 150000 middle school and college students of Chongqing area are random layered; 2. Biochemistry and imaging studies: middle school or college students who committ suicide?self-injury or diagnosed anxiety disorders? emotional disorders and etcetera by SCID-I/P; 3. all students sign informed consents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. students without mental disease, suicide nor self-injury behavior; 2. students with blood phobia.
