60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age from 60 years old to 90 years old, no sex limitation; 2. ambulatory elderly person; 3. not have an inoculation of pneumococcal vaccines in the past five years; 4. expected to be able to complete the 3-year observation; 5. willing to participate to the study and cooperate with the investigation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. during fever or exacerbation of the disease or infectious diseases not yet resuming; 2. cancer patients; 3. allergy, in the past there have been serious vaccine side effects; 4. in the use of immunosuppressive drugs or immune enhancers; 5. not cooperate with the investigation (dementia, language barriers, can not guarantee long-term living in Chengdu).
