Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Irrespective gender, only had spherical refractive error (without astigmatism), and had undergone the corneal topography preoperatively and one year postoperatively.All the patients underwent SMILE procedures, and only the myopia eye was chosen into analysis. If two eyes were treated, both eyes were chosen into the analysis. If one eye was treated for myopia and the other eye has myopic astigmatism then the myopic one was chosen for the analysis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The eyes with astigmatism preoperatively and corneal diseases were excluded. Even the patients were according all the inclusion criterias but cann't review the examinations one year postoperatively will be excluded.
