Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All fulfilled the UK PDS Brain Bank criteria for prospective diagnosis of idiopathic Parkinsons disease, aged 30-85 years old and at modified Hoehn and Yahr stages 1–4.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Atypical Parkinson syndrome; 2. A score of less than 24 on the mini-mental state examination; 3. Previous deep brain stimulation surgery; 4. Use of antipsychotic drugs; 5. Impaired renal function; 6. Liver function tests (ALT, AST) increased more than 2.5 times the upper limit of normal; 7. Severe infected.
