Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed as EGE in our hospital from 2008 to 2015 with complete information; 2. Patients who underwent colonoscopy in our hospital from January 2010 to March 2015, with histology report indicating chronic inflammation; 3. Patients who underwent upper GI endoscopy in our hospital from January 2014 to March 2015, with histology report indicating chronic inflammation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete information on clinical chat; 2. Patients with endoscopy showing ulcers, polyps, tumor, varicose, portal hypertension gasrtopatch, GERD, Barrett esophagitis; 3. Patients with previous history of gastrectomy, colectomy; 4. Patients who Have been diagnosed with IBD, ischemic colitis; 5. Patients who refused to consent to this study.
