Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients undergoing first THA from January 2014 to May 2017 were retrospected

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) renal failure history and accepted renal-transplant; (2) history of vascular thrombosis including the myocardial infarction or cerebral infarction; (3) allergic to TXA; (4) anticoagulation by warfarin before going to the hospital; (5) hematological diseases such as coagulation disorders(history of Deep Venous Thrombosis (DVT) or Pulmonary Embolism (PE)); (6) simultaneous bilateral THA.
