Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All cases of the diagnosis of the sedation of chloramines with 2ug/kg dexmetomidine combined with 1mg/kg Complete medical records; 2. Complete medical records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The sedation didnt use intranasal DEX combined with ketamine; 2. The dose of the drug is not 2 ug/kg DEX and 1mg/kg ketamine; 3. Patients with incomplete data
