Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: conforming to the diagnostic standard of primary trigeminal neuralgia; unilateral microvascular decompression;preoperative three dimensional steady state precession imaging sequence (3D-FIESTA) of trigeminal nerve and three-dimensional time-of-flight angiography (3D-TOF MRA) were performed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: there was a history of microvascular decompression surgery; bilateral trigeminal neuralgia; trigeminal nerve root selective resection or cauterization during operation; A patient who was lost in the follow-up period due to a change of contact
