Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) twins between 0-18 years old, who came for follow-up visit in department of Primary Child Care of Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University; (2) Each time the twin pairs came for visit on the same day and have medical record in our system.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of medical record in Primary Child Care system of Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University.
