Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. From January 2008 to November 2014, children with synovial sarcoma confirmed by surgical pathology biopsy at Childrens Hospital of Chongqing Medical University, Shanghai Childrens Medical center, Sun Yat-sen University cancer center and Beijing Childrens Hospital were enrolled into this study; 2. Without any other form of preoperative chemotherapy, radiotherapy, induction therapy or targeted therapy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with any other form of preoperative chemotherapy, radiotherapy, induction therapy or targeted therapy prior to admission; 2. Severe immunosuppression occurred during the process of treatment caused by bacteria, fungi infection or other reasons so that can not complete the standardization of diagnosis and treatment.
