Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Definite diagnosis of vasovagal syncope (see diagnostic criteria); 2. Frequent syncope occurred within 1 years before operation, >3 times and (or) syncope recurred within the last June years; 3. Preoperative basal tilt test or nitroglycerin (NTG) induced tilt test positive (see tilt test method); 4. Routine treatment is ineffective or can not tolerate its side effects; 5. To be agreed to do the left atrium denervation, participate in clinical trials and signed informed consent, and follow the verification program requirements for follow-up evaluation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The exclusion of other causes of syncope, orthostatic hypotension, including aortic stenosis, sick sinus syndrome, atrioventricular block, ventricular arrhythmia, pulmonary hypertension, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, transient ischemic attack, epilepsy, cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage sequela, subclavian steal syndrome and drug induced syncope; 2. Left atrium thrombus was found by echocardiography or CT; 3. Cardiac ultrasound or CT indicate left atrium diameter >55mm, EF<35%; 4. Cerebrovascular events (such as transient ischemic attack, stroke), or other disorders of the cerebral blood supply have occurred in the past 3 months; 5. Acute coronary syndrome or myocardial infarction occurred in recent June, and cardiac catheterization was performed; 6. Surgical treatment and / or implantation of permanent cardiac pacemaker; 7. The complicated congenital heart disease, valvular heart disease, cardiomyopathy, etc.; 8. The associated with other chronic diseases such as severe heart failure (NYHA grade III or IV), chronic renal insufficiency, diabetes, diseases of the nervous system; 9. The researchers think that the other is not suitable for the study.
