18 Years to 95 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged = 18 years; 2. ischemic stroke diagnosed by CT or MRI; 3. first stroke onset or past stroke without obvious neurological deficit (mRS=1); 4. Time from onset to treatment: < 6 hours; 5. Treatment with intravenous urokinase; 6. Signed informed consent by patient self or legally authorized representatives.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suspected subarachnoid hemorrhage, intracranial hemorrhage and hemorrhagic cerebral infarction; 2. Severe systemic disease which is expected to survive less than 3 months; 3. Major surgery within 1 month; 4. Uncontrolled hypertension (>180/100 mmHg); 5. Platelet count <10×10^9/L.
