Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with obstructive nephropathy, exclusion of patients with chronic nephritis, hypertension, diabetes and other chronic diseases; 2.aged between 14 to 80 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with chronic nephritis, hypertension, diabetes and other chronic diseases caused by renal interstitial fibrosis were excluded from this study 2. Patients with severe heart failure, infection, failure of liver function, cerebrovascular disorder.
