Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patients accepte corneal refractive surgery in our eye center, aged 18-55 years old, male or female, all patients signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) of the suspected conical cornea, the confirmed cases of the conical cornea or other types of corneal expansion; (2) ocular active inflammation and infection; (3) the corneal thickness unable to meet set cutting depth: central corneal thickness <450 m, expected after cutting the corneal flap residual corneal stromal thickness of 250 m (280 m), the expected postoperative residual corneal stromal thickness less than preoperative corneal thickness of 50%; (4) severe dry eye; (5) severe ocular adnexal lesions: such as eyelid defects, deformation etc.; (6) not yet controlled glaucoma; (7) cataract affecting visual acuity; (8) uncontrolled systemic connective tissue disease and autoimmune diseases, such as systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis; (9) mental symptoms such as anxiety, depression, etc.
