Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Eligible patients were aged over 18 years with stage IV (metastatic/locally advanced) or recurrent disease by histopathology; 2. ECOG performance status of=2; 3. A life expectancy of over 3 month; 4. Patients who had previously received chemotherapy, radiation therapy, or surgery were also eligible to be enrolled; 5. Patients were required to have measurable diseases by physical exam or imaging; 6. The evaluation of bone marrow, liver and kidney function was basically normal nearly a week after screening 7. Tumor specimens of all patients were detected the expression of target antigen by immunohistochemistry before therapy. CK19, survivin, SCC, CEA, SPANX, MAGE-A3, PMSA and HLA-1 expressions were detected in NPC tissue by IHC.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congestive heart failure, active coronary heart disease; 2. They have HIV infection history or intercurrent infection; 3. Severe active infection (> 2, NCI-CTC version 4.0.3); 4. Metastatic brain tumors; 5. The history of organ transplantation; 6. Be pregnant or lactating women.
