18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) aged 18–80 years old; 2) clinically or histopathologically confirmed HCC; 3) BCLC classification A-C, with a total diameters=3cm of the tumors; 4) therapy wash-out of radiotherapy, chemotherapy and sorafenib; 5) Child-Pugh score of A or B.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: severe cardiac, pulmonary, cerebral, and renal dysfunction; a history of other malignancy; any other contraindication like: gastrointestinal hemorrhage in the past month, refractory ascites, encephalopathy, impaired coagulation, severe portal hypertension; contraindications to contrast media, lidocaine; patients who received liver transplants at any time; patients with a history of concomitant use of some targeting agents, chemotherapy and immunotherapy.
