Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of type 2 diabetes complys with the world health organization (WHO) clinical diagnostic criteria for T2DM in 1999; 2. the ratio of coronary stenosis is less than 50% confirmed by coronary angiography.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The ratio of coronary stenosis is not less than 50% confirmed by coronary angiography; 2. Treated with metformin irregularly or less than 3 months.
