28 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients attend to Trauma Service III dept. of Shanghai Sixth Peoples's Hospital with knee instability symptoms; 2. Positive findings in radiography(X-ray, CT or MRI) about malunion of tibial plateau fracture; 3. Physical examination: positive finding in stress test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients less than 20yrs old or more than 90 yrs old; 2. patients without independent mobility; 3. patients sufferred from other trauma at the affected limb; 4. patients reject to receive the revision surgery; 5. patients who use the NSAIDS drugs during the rehabilitation.
