80 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Han-Chinese patients; 2. Ageed overy 80 years; 3. Patients with permanent atrial fibrillation; 4. Taking Warfarin with stable INR and dosage (there is no acute diseases in recent 2months); 5. Signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Inherited warfarin resistance; 2. End-stage diseases with expected life time < 1 year; 3. blood diseases; Cachexia; Active cancer; fever;Collagen angiopathy; Liver disease; Malnutrition; Infectious Hepatitis; Diarrhea; Jaudice; Vitamin K insufficiency etc.; 4. Uncontrolled hyperlipidemia; Thyroid dysfunction; Nephrotic syndrom; 5. Combined other anticoagulant; 6. All subjects were related to each other and the history of intermarriage.
