Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: After retrospectively reviewing medical histories of patients who were treated with operation ever in our hospital,we plan to enroll the patients accord with such inclusion criteria: (1) Patients were diagnosed as acute AC joint dislocation without course of exceeding 7 days before surgical treatment; (2) were one-side injury; (3) were confirmed that injury belonged to Rockwood type III by CT or MRI; (4) completely understood operation and expectant treatment and signed operative informed consent, doctor-patient communication consent and implantable informed consent; (5) had a follow-up of more than 1 year.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: After retrospectively reviewing medical histories of patients who were treated with operation ever in our hospital,we plan to exclud the patients accord with such exclusion criteria: (1) Patients had a injury disease longer than 7 days before surgery; (2) had serious associated injuries, such as clavicular fracture, coracoid fracture, or other fracture in shoulder; (3) suffered from open shoulder injury that would be infected easily; (4) had anatomic variation of coracoid in shoulder; (5) had associated injury of brachial plexus; (6) had serious shoulder swelling or other injures that affected operations; (7) had special disease of tumor, poisoning, infection and liver-kidney failure; (8) had a follow-up of less than 1 year.Moreover, the patients who are attending other project would not be enrolled,either.
