Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Type 2 diabetic patients in endocrinology department in Southern Medical University Zhujiang Hospital
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, heart failure,active infection, severe tissue damage,acute hemorrhage, acute poisoning,cancer,HIV/AIDS, hematological system diseases that influence neutrophils and lymphocytes(such as myeloproliferative diseases, leukemia)and so on. Cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, heart failure, arrhythmia, acute and chronic inflammation, thyroid disease, blood system diseases, diabetic nephropathy, diabetic retinopathy, diabetic foot and patients with liver and kidney function is not complete.
