Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Siewert type I esophagogastric junctional adenocarcinoma (Aged from 18 to 75); 2. No chemotherapy or radiotherapy was performed before operation3understood the experiment, informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of long-term aspirin or aspirin allergy history; 2. Endoscopy, colonoscopy suggests the presence of a history of peptic ulcer; 3. History of bronchial asthma or chronic bleeding tendencies; 4. 30 days before enrollment received chemotherapy, radiotherapy, biological therapy, or participated in any other drug or therapy clinical trials by the instrument; 5. Liver, kidney and heart dysfunction; 6. Researchers believe that those who should not participate in this trial.
