Interventions

Group A:Observe indicators of healthy people at different time (from 23:00 to 1:00, from 11:00 to 13:00, from 17:00 to 19:00 and from 5:00 to 7:00)
Group B:Observe indicators of volunteers suffering 48-hour sleep deprivation at different time (from 23:00 to 1:00, from 11:00 to 13:00, from 17:00 to 19:00 and from 5:00 to 7:00).
Group C:Observe indicators of volunteers, who are pasted garlic cream on acupoint Shenque and changed dressings after 24 hours, at different time (from 23:00 to 1:00, from 11:00 to 13:00, from 17:00 t

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy adult males

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Often stay up all night before the experiment; 2) have coffee, strong tea, alcohol and other food that can affect the secretion of catecholamine diet (such as bananas, tomatoes, eggplant, chocolate, etc.) one week before the experiment; 3) intense activity and swinging mood.
