Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female; 2. Aged 15 - 80 years; 3. The length of full thickness rectal prolapse >5 cm; 4. patients with incarcerated rectal prolapse but the manual reduction under cover of an injectable analgesic was fialed; 5. patients with fecal inconvenience; 6. written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The rectal prolapse complication of necrosis or infection; 2. The length of full thickness rectal prolapse >5 cm; 3. Patient with Pelvic floor peritoneal hernia; 4. The history of inflammatory bowel disease; 5. severe impaired renal and hepatic function, coagulopathy or other severe comorbidities that cannot tolerate surgery; 6. clorectal tumorl;7. cannot agree with informed consent.
