18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age <75 years old; 2. history of severe refractory for at least 3 years; 3. preoperative testing (Gastrointestinal transit time, defecography and colonoscopy) revealed Sastic Pelvic Floor Syndrome and Puborectalis Musele Hypertrophy; 4. exclusion of slow transit constipation, no signs of megacolon or Hirschsprung's disease; 5. Failure to past conservative treatment; 6. intense desire of surgical treatment; 7. absence of severe psychiatric disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. severe psychiatric disease; 2. clorectal tumor; 3. severe impaired renal and hepatic function, coagulopathy or other severe comorbidities that cannot tolerate surgery; 4. unsuccessful long term follow-up; 5. slow transit constipation.
