25 Years to 86 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients who met KOA diagnosis guideline; 2. according to Kellgren and Lawrence (K-L) radiographic grade, all patients AP knee radiographic images were read and belonged to K-L 0, 1, or 2 level; and 3. with the psychological consultation, patients were explicit in mental health status and emotion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. according to the lab test, patients were diagnosed as the rheumatoid arthritis, gout or joint infection; 2. KOA patients with seriously knee valgus or varus deformity; 3. patients with serious basic disease, like hepatic disease or hemophilia; 4. with the assessment of psychology, patients with emotional disorder.
