2 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who were diagnosed with verrucous hemangiomas according to ISSVA diagnostic criteria; 2. localized verrucous hemangiomas, with a diameter smaller than 3cm; 3. Aged from 2 to 75 years old; 4. Untreated lesion; 5. Willing to cooperate with treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with lesion ulceration history; 2. Serious underlying systemic disease requiring treatment until illness either completes therapy or achieves clinical stablility on therapy for at least 6 months before enrolled the study. The systemic diseases include insufficient pulmonary functions(COPD, pneumonia, pulmonary fibrosis and asthma), insufficient cardiac and hepatorenal functions, infection, hemorrhagic tendency, immunologic disease(SLE, urticaria, HIV); 3. Other contraindications of bleomycin including pregnancy, lactation or combining with some other drugs like antitumor drug.
