35 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 35-65 years; 2. Clinic blood pressure (CBP): Systolic pressure: 140-179 mmHg,Diastolic pressure 90-109 mmHg; 3. Habitual cigarette smokers; 4. Diet habit: self-reported heavy taste (>6 g/d salt intake); 5. Sedentary or less active lifesty.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from severe cardiovascular disease other than hypertension, chronic kidney diseases,T2DM; 2. Suffering severe disturbance of blood circulation or and blood diseases; 3. Patients undertaken or have taken hypertension medications; 4. Habitual alcohol drinkers; 5. Postural hypotension; 6. Has cognitive function problems; 7. Body mass index (BMI) = 35 and BMI<18; 8. Participants who have physical impairment; 9. has history of those disease: symptomatic carotid artery stenosis, left ventricular hypertrophy, thyroid disease or raised serum creatinine; 10. Participants who are already following lifestyle changing guidelines: weight loss, quit smoking, regular exercise, sodium restriction, pressure management; 11. Participants who are currently involving in another of interventional clinical trial; 12. Refuse to sign-off the informed consent or quit due to other reasons; 13. Allergic reactions to the materials used, such as stainless steel, plain plastic or thermoplastic polyurethane; 14. Who wear mobile RF communications equipment Medical device; 15. Physical disabilities; 16. Subjects who are pregnant or lactating (self-reported).
