Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Donor aged 14-60 years old, recipient aged 14-80 years old; (2) The donors are brain death donors; (3) Primary liver transplant reipients;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined organ transplantation or multivisceral transplantation; (2) ABO-hblood type mismatch; (3) Without willingness or ability to comply with the study procedure.
