Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) aged 70 to 90 years; 2) patients plan to conduct gastroscopy (including biopsy) and endoscopic polyp resection; 3) ASA grade I~III, normal function or NHYA heart function grade I~II; 4) BMI 18.5~29.9 kg/m2 [BMI= weight (kg)/height (m) 2] (2013 us "adult overweight and obesity management guide"); 5) willing to sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients with severe neurological diseases (such as acute phase of stroke, convulsions, uncontrollable epilepsy); 2) preoperative visit to the blood pressure was higher than 180/110 mm Hg (WHO-ISH hypertension guide grade 3 hypertension); 3) abnormal cardiac arrhythmia, unstable angina pectoris and myocardial infarction within 3 months; 4) serious liver function unusual (severe liver dysfunction: ALT, combined with bilirubin, AST, ALP, one of total bilirubin > 2 times normal cap) or abnormal renal function (Cr > 13 µmol/L or tendency for urea nitrogen > 6.0 mmol/L); 5) have a difficult airway and severe respiratory disease (obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome , mouth, neck or jaw limited activity, morbid obesity, acute respiratory infections, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, acute phase, uncontrolled asthma, etc.); 6) patients with cardiac failure; 7) patients with a history of gastrointestinal and underabdominal surgery; 8) identify/suspect that there are abuse or long-term use of narcotic sedatives; 9) taking hormones or other immunosuppressive agents for half a year, >10 days or having a history of adrenocortical inhibition or having an immune system disease; 10) existence of contraindications or allergies to test drugs and other narcotic drugs; 11) oxygen saturation <95% before examination; 12) participating in other studies within 30 days; 13) patients with communication disorders.
