Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Male and female with psoriasis aged 18 to 80 years; (2) The lesion area such as erythema, pustules, erosion is greater than the surface area of > 30%;Inclusion criteria: (1) Male and female with psoriasis aged 18 to 80 years; (2) The lesion area such as erythema, pustules, erosion is greater than the surface area of > 30%
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe systemic disease or high blood pressure; (2) Patients with liver or renal dysfunction; (3) Pregnant women, nursing mothers, or have pregnancy women of the plan the last three years; (4) Discontinuation of glucocorticoid or other immune inhibitors ? 4 weeks; (5) Patients allergic to cyclosporin A or acitretin.;Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe systemic disease or high blood pressure; (2) Patients with liver or renal dysfunction; (3) Pregnant women, nursing mothers, or have pregnancy women of the plan the last three years; (4) Discontinuation of glucocorticoid or other immune inhibitors ? 4 weeks; (5) Patients allergic to cyclosporin A or acitretin.
