Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 1 to 14 years; 2. Hospitalized patients with severe pneumonia,any of the recommended criteria for CAP and WHO: (1) Dyspnea: aspirated depressions in the chest wall, nasal flaps; (2) Intermittent breathing pauses, breathing moans; (3) To change consciousness; (4) The person who refuses to eat or has dehydration; (5) 3-5 days of continuous high fever; (6) At the same time of pneumonia, there is external injury; (7) In the air condition of air breathing, SaO2=92%, or suggested hypoxemia. (8) Under the conditions of respiratory air condition, infants RR > 70 times/min, older children RR > 50 times/min, except for factors such as heat and crying; (9) The cycle obstacle, or CRT> 2 s; (10) The imaging data of the chest radiographs confirmed that bilateral or multi-lobes were affected by either the lung or the lung, the pleural effusion or the short-term progression of the lesion; Or PEWS = 3score.;Inclusion criteria: 1.
