Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. In accord with WHO1999 diagnostic criteria and a diagnosis of diabetes in patients with type 2 diabetes; 2. Aged 18-75 years old; 3. In accordance with CS II treatment indications.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. diabetic ketonic acidosis, hyperglycemic hyperosmolar status; 2. active liver disease, renal insufficiency, cardiac insufficiency; 3. infection and malignancy.
