18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) aged more than 18 years; 2) the pathological diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer; 3) the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status score of 0-1; 4) neutrophil than 1500/L, more than 100000/ of platelet L; 5) according to the seventh edition of AJCC staging of tumor stage IV; 6) first visit the sick man.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) previous medical history of the patients; 2) severe infection control;3) albumin level less than 30g/l; 4) pregnancy, while suffering from other malignant tumors, may affect drug absorption of digestive system diseases; 5) patients refused entry into the group; 6) maintenance treatment patients.
