40 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients over 40 years old undergoing unilateral total hip arthroplasty for osteoarthritis; (2) patients who are willing to participate in this study and sign up the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) rheumatoid arthritis,diabetes mellitus and other systemic illness which would alter neuroendocrine and inflammatory changes; (2) steroid medication within the past 6 months; (3) chronic malnutrition. (4) smoking, alcoholism, drug abuse.
