18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Tracheal intubation under general anesthesia in patients with FESS, aged 18-45 years old, ASA I or II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. weighing more than 75kg; 2. there are serious cardiovascular and respiratory diseases; 3. liver, kidney function is damaged badly; 4. suffering from severe mental illness or verbal communication disorder; 5. often taking analgesic or sedative drugs;
